Under our Rules of Competition each club must ensure that the details published in the club directory 
are correct, and notify the office in writing (email preferred) of any changes that need to be made.  

You must contact you opponents each week and advise them of any changes that may affect them 
(such as your ground location, contact numbers etc) until such time as the changes are published 
here in the club directory.
